A continent-wide interest
Our initial partnership-development priorities are Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda. These are starting points for relationship-building, not limits on the business or proof of live operations in those countries.
An organisation outside Africa may hold Africa-relevant data. Our enquiry routes distinguish where the organisation is based from the countries represented in a collection. Cross-border and multilingual requirements are welcome.
Context is part of quality
Geography alone does not explain a dataset. Languages, local environments, collection periods, sampling and source permissions all help determine whether a collection is useful for a specific requirement. We avoid claiming coverage where no source has been verified.
