Information handled by this website
When enabled, enquiry forms request contact details and a high-level description of your requirement, source or concern. Optional fields provide context. Contributor interest is limited to adults aged 18 or over. We do not request raw datasets, identity documents, banking details or recordings.
Purposes and choices
Enquiry information is used to respond, qualify a possible partnership, manage the requested conversation and protect the service from abuse. Optional marketing permission is separate and unchecked. An enquiry is not permission to train an AI model, license your material or sell your personal contact details.
Storage and access
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Accepted submissions are saved to a private durable store. Authorised operations may use a restricted Google working view and minimal transactional emails when those integrations are enabled. Detailed rights evidence belongs in a separately restricted register. Public pages do not expose submissions.
Retention and corrections
Enquiry records are reviewed after 12 months without an active relationship, with deletion or justified continued retention recorded. Applicable agreement, legal or dispute obligations may require a different period. Corrections and removals must cover the working view, operational mirrors and the backup lifecycle. Short-lived abuse controls use a keyed address hash, not a stored raw IP address.
Service providers and international handling
Hosting, email and Google operations may involve processing in other countries. Applicable provider terms, safeguards and source-country requirements must be checked before higher-risk data is accepted. This website does not automatically send supplier content to AI services or open submitted links.

Privacy contact routing is being prepared. Forms remain closed while it is unverified; do not send private records through another route.

No advertising, audience analytics or optional tracking tools are installed. Hosting and protected operations sign-in may use necessary service storage. Read the cookie information for the current approach.
