AI COLLECTIVE MIND
Licensing & representation
Explore a commercial arrangement that fits the source, rights and buyer requirement. Keeping ownership and granting specific uses may be possible where the right permissions exist.
How we approach it
- Identify the owner and any authorised representative, together with third-party restrictions.
- Define use, territory, duration, exclusivity and whether transformation or sublicensing is permitted.
- Discuss potential non-exclusive or exclusive licences, direct purchase, representation or revenue-sharing.
- Document what is agreed, including updates, restrictions and withdrawal or retention arrangements.
An NDA, introductory enquiry or representation discussion is not a data licence. Onward supply is possible only where upstream rights expressly allow it.
Start with your requirement or source
Tell us the country or countries involved, what the data describes and which uses you want to explore. We will identify the questions that need answering before a commercial proposal can be considered. No raw files are needed at this stage.
Where a requirement needs specialist preparation, privacy advice, local permissions or technical integration, those dependencies are scoped explicitly. The first conversation establishes a possible route; any work and pricing are agreed separately.
