How we approach it
- Review formats, measurement definitions, missing values, duplication and known limitations.
- Scope suitable cleaning, normalisation, transcription, labelling or metadata work.
- Document provenance, quality review, permissions and any authorised privacy-risk reduction.
- Agree delivery, versioning and potential updates, including the limits of specialist capabilities.
Removing names does not prove anonymisation. API delivery, subscriptions and controlled-access feeds are options to assess, not services assumed to be operational.
