Preparation & documentation

Useful data needs context as well as structure. We scope the preparation and documentation a buyer needs to assess fitness for use, without concealing uncertainty.

How we approach it

  1. Review formats, measurement definitions, missing values, duplication and known limitations.
  2. Scope suitable cleaning, normalisation, transcription, labelling or metadata work.
  3. Document provenance, quality review, permissions and any authorised privacy-risk reduction.
  4. Agree delivery, versioning and potential updates, including the limits of specialist capabilities.

Removing names does not prove anonymisation. API delivery, subscriptions and controlled-access feeds are options to assess, not services assumed to be operational.

Start with your requirement or source

Tell us the country or countries involved, what the data describes and which uses you want to explore. We will identify the questions that need answering before a commercial proposal can be considered. No raw files are needed at this stage.

Where a requirement needs specialist preparation, privacy advice, local permissions or technical integration, those dependencies are scoped explicitly. The first conversation establishes a possible route; any work and pricing are agreed separately.
